Most of the doctors believes that if you want to be healthy for a long period, then your body should be viewed holistically and have cooperating system with mental, emotional and physical components. To get the good health it is necessary to have good and positive thinking with high energy. Many behavioral scientists believe that to get the optimum health, there should be a perfect balance of structural, chemical and mental factors in the body—that is often regarded as the “Arpeggio of Health”. To get the balanced structure and good health you need to understand the interrelated parts of your body, the whole body is a bid system where numerous parts or cells correlated with each other and work together to keep us healthy and strong. Our body and mind are interconnected and associated with each other to form a single system actions that transpire within our mind are bound to affect our body and vice versa. Health is a very complex and relative term with many other interrelated terms. Health is not just a physical health; it is much more than the physical health. According to The World Health Organization’s (WHO), health is a self-motivated and vibrant state of complete physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Human body is very complex and cohesive that has been proved by various research findings, clinical studies and personal observations and this is also proved that our mental and chemical health affects our physical health.

“Triad of Health” what exactly the term refer to?

When a person falls ill or suffers from some disease that means all the factors in his body are imbalanced. This discrepancy or unevenness can occur anywhere in the body and affects the health of the person. Whether it is a ‘structural imbalance’, which involve muscles and bones, ‘chemical imbalance’ involving diet and nourishment or ‘emotional imbalance’ related to constant worry, emotions or feelings can be occurred in our body any time anywhere and can cause to damage of health. Poor diet, overwork, stress, hereditary characteristics, or emotional issues can cause this imbalance and damage of good health. So it is important and crucial to have proper diet and stay happy if you want really good health and happy life. It is true that our body is a self-maintaining and self-correcting organism and if we take proper diet and we have positive thinking we can keep it healthy and balanced. The body has the ability to self nurse back to health and self-control so long as there is no obstruction and the body is in balance. Positive thinking plays a great role to keep us happy and healthy and you can analyze the power of positive thinking with your god health. Nervous system is the master controller of our body and it has the control on whole body that is the reason our thoughts affect our health and can cause our illness and happiness. So think positive as much as you can, be happy always to avail the happiness of life.
